These pans warp significantly when heated, causing the bottom to become convex (rounded) and unstable on flat surfaces. Once cooled, they revert to a flat shape, but this makes them practically useless for cooking. Despite being advertised as induction-compatible, these pans do not work on induction cooktops. I provided the supplier with a screenshot from their product page showing the induction claim, but they later backtracked and said it’s not suitable for induction. When the pans deform due to heat, they make a loud popping sound, which can cause hot liquid to splash out. This is not only inconvenient but also extremely DANGEROUS! The supplier blamed me for using the pans incorrectly because I preheated them without any liquid inside. This is absurd—no quality pan should warp simply because it’s heated empty. These pans are not only a waste of money but a potential safety hazard. If you are selling in the European Union like me, your customers will not tolerate this garbage.
